Service: A1 POS provides point-of-sale software and hardware for hospitality and retail businesses, including a free online ordering platform.

Subscription: The software subscription is billed at $79/month + GST. 

Hardware: Hardware packages are a one-time purchase. 

Payment: Fees are charged in AUD, exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Liability: A1 POS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the system, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to terms: A1 POS may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
